1 Who we are

FastUTM (fastutm.com) is a free UTM builder and campaign URL generator built and operated by Isa Noorudeen, trading as ISArts (isarts.com), based in the United Kingdom.

This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use FastUTM, how it is used, and what rights you have under UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

2 What data we collect

FastUTM does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the tool. However the following data is collected automatically when you visit the site:

• Your approximate location (country and city), collected via ipapi.co for display purposes only
• Your browser type and device type (desktop or mobile), detected from your browser user agent
• Pages visited, time on site, and general usage behaviour, collected via Google Analytics
• Ad interaction data if you click or view advertisements, collected via Google AdSense

We do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying personal data unless you contact us voluntarily.

3 Cookies

FastUTM works without cookies. Google Analytics and Google AdSense are not loaded at all until you allow them in the cookie banner. We do not set our own tracking cookies.

• Google Analytics (if you allow it): measures visits and which tools get used. Sets cookies such as _ga.
• Google AdSense (if you allow it): shows non-personalised ads. Google may still use cookies to limit repeats and prevent fraud.
• Google reCAPTCHA (contact form only): protects the contact form from spam. May set its own cookie on that page.

4 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use FastUTM. This helps us improve the tool. Google Analytics collects data such as pages viewed, time spent, device type, and approximate location. This data is processed by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5 Google AdSense

FastUTM displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ads only load if you allow advertising in the cookie banner, and FastUTM requests non-personalised ads, chosen from the page you are reading rather than your browsing history. Google may still use cookies to limit how often you see an ad and to prevent fraud. You can also manage Google's ad settings for your account by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Manage Cookies at the bottom of every page.

6 Google reCAPTCHA

FastUTM uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect any contact forms from spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. This is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7 How we use your data

Data collected through FastUTM is used solely for the following purposes:

• To understand how the tool is used and improve its functionality
• To display relevant advertisements that help keep FastUTM free
• To protect the site from spam, abuse, and automated attacks
• To comply with legal obligations under UK and international law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for direct marketing.

8 Data retention

FastUTM does not store personal data on its own servers. All analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with Google's data retention policies, which you can review in their Privacy Policy. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or how we operate. The date at the top of this page will always show when it was last updated. Continued use of FastUTM after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
